New cargo item idea

Does anyone else have trouble finding a certain dinosaur bone or exhibit when going on an expedition ? It’s taken me hours and several, several, several tries for certain exhibits/Fish/Ghosts/Animals I want in my museum.

My idea here is simple. If we can get a new cargo item that lets us choose what reward we can get at any POI location. The new item I propose is called “The treasure map”. How to obtain it is abit up for discussion. I thought it could maybe be made in the research room, which would allow you to make lots of them if it costs money ( and in most of my museums, I’m a millionaire already, so that’s possible, no problem) but also thought that it feels too easy to obtain this way, and the game would lose it’s fun. It would be a premium item, like the MIA scrolls in Supernatural map. (Maybe use Kudosh to make them and they’re expensive, this would make it more important and only able to make a few, 1 or 2 at a time). Or maybe they can be a reward for a Dilemma or expedition too. I was thinking of different ideas for different maps. But they work pretty much the same way, just with different names and for different jobs.

Name of the Map-what reward you receive upon returning from expedition( which exhibits the item can be used on)
*prehistoric map- a treasure map (for any exhibit or perk)
*Marine map- Wetlantean treasure chest map (for exhibit) or a fish finder machine (for fish)
*Fantasy map-Dragon treasure map ( for exhibits) …or a “X marks the spot” potion (for any exhibits)
Or a “Perk-me-up” potion ( for perks)
*Supernatural map-Spirit guide or tarot card (for ghosts)
*Zooseum map- animal poacher ( for animals)

And using these items on expeditions at POI, you can find exactly what you want, for the corresponding item you used. This would also make players be smart with their choices, to use these item wisely and not waste them on a location they don’t work with. ( ex. To use a treasure map at prehistoric location would bring back Dino bones or exhibit. Using a treasure map in Marine Map, brings back nothing. The treasure map is for Exhibits and perks only. You can’t get fish with it. Only the “fish finder” would work for fish etc. you get the idea )

Just a suggestion, what does everyone think ?

An interesting idea to consider

So first off, I love this game, I’m a big fan, I’ve played through all the museums and expansions, so I’m well versed with the game mechanics. With that said, I have 3 ideas, that if they can be executed well, I think it would greatly improve the quality of the game. I have to explain them in 3 separate sections.
They all work together well, which allows them to depend on each other too, a circle in a way.

#1-when playing the new expansion Artsy-Facts, along the way, you gain access to go to Auctions, to sell your artwork you created. My idea here, is that you can get Kudosh from personal requests from special buyers. That a high star person ( celebrity or nasa astronaut) ask for a specific artwork with emotion. You can then create something that they pay you in Kudosh. Or to have a high star artist challenge you to an art-off, where you submit a piece of artwork, people vote or bid on the best piece and the winner gets Kudosh and bragging rights( more guest attendance at the museum) It would be a way to make Kudosh for another important clever idea.

#2-A way to Erase staff qualifications that uses Kudosh cash. We can get a new item in the training room that staff can use to erase or forget a qualification. Or It could maybe be a potion in the research room from the Fantasy map. It could maybe be a POI location in supernatural ( An expert travels there alone and is scarred silly, comes back with forgotten memories, forgets a random qualification or you pick one they forgot upon return)
That catch is that it costs Kudosh cash and isn’t cheap. It would also give the currency another purpose, that’s also important. It’s Something players would play hours to collect, for an important reason. Instead of having to hire new staff to level up, can retrain them with Kudosh, it’s just another option for players.

#3-To rework the qualification slot system, if it’s possible. Originally each staff has 5 qualification slots to unlock. And when trying to specialize a staff in one qualification, each level takes up a single slot. To rework this system into something new, where when you train a staff in one qualification it takes one slot. To upgrade the Qualification would replace Lvl 1 with lvl2 in the same slot. This would free up other slots to be used for other qualifications and allow for a more flexible gameplay experience.

Just some ideas, what does everyone think.
