I recently booked a good 1 BHK flat in Panathur, ready for immediate move-in from August 22, 2026. The society building is right on the main road, very close to the local bazaar, grocery stores, and all daily essentials.
The Situation:
I paid an advance token amount of ₹10,000 to the building owner. However, my current landlord unexpectedly agreed to extend our existing lease for another four months, as he is unable to find new tenants for such a short duration before handing over the flat to his relatives. Therefore, I no longer need to move right now.
The owner of the new Panathur flat has agreed to refund my ₹10k token only if I find a replacement tenant who takes the flat and moves in by August 22nd.
