The reps has put in over 10 tickets and they won’t close my mobile account they just want to keep charging me for services that I don’t want. I ordered a watch and the watch arrived with the box opened and resealed and the watch was missing this is the worst company with the worst reps that don’t understand English smh

Extremely frustrating I keep placing orders for a phone and the order never get pushed through I go to the store they place 2 orders for me for a phone and watch the watch is already shipped and on its way but phone is still stuck with no confirmation email plus they tell me to talk to verifications team that team tells me that it’s not even needed but yet nothing moves on my order
