Nitrado What Are You Doing
So I'd like to raise people's attention to the fact that nitrado explicitly says they host London servers, but they just migrate your server to Frankfurt if you are from the UK. This is completely illegal, and I'd like people to be drawn to this because they have a monopoly on servers, so, yh, more competition + lower prices and better services because people are competing to take your money. but that's beside the point i have a nitrado server that should be hosted in London with a 13 ms ping, but instead I get 43 ms in Frankfurt. But because of the new update, the machine I use, Nitrado, has overloaded and now I'm paying for a server with a 500ms ping, which is unplayable. Also, regarding them selling me a product that says 'London' but is actually 'Frankfurt', it is entirely illegal in the UK under two legalities: 1. 1. Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Digital Content & Services) 2. Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA). so my recommendation is to revolt against another and claim back your money and allow for a better service to pop up
