Visited Prateek Grand Begonia recently and honestly the project felt quite organized and spacious compared to many nearby developments. The greenery, tower spacing, and overall township environment create a calm atmosphere inside the society. I also liked that the common areas looked clean and properly maintained during the visit. Connectivity towards Noida and NH-24 is another advantage which makes daily travel easier. Overall, it looked like a comfortable option for family living.

Recently visited Prateek Grand City in Siddharth Vihar and overall the project left a good impression. The township feels spacious and comparatively less crowded than many nearby societies. I liked the greenery, walking areas, and overall peaceful atmosphere inside the complex. Connectivity towards Noida and NH-24 also seems practical for daily commuting. Overall, the project looked well planned and suitable for comfortable family living.
