CPU Debug light (What does it mean??? HELP)

My PC which I built about 7 years ago if I remember correctly has been having an on again off again issue for the last year or so where the CPU debug light comes on randomly and the PC restarts on it's own, not necessarily under load, it happens even when it's idle on the desktop.

Sometimes, this does not happen for a month, then randomly, it happens again. I'm listing the things I've tried so far to troubleshoot the problem.

  • Tried re-seating CPU, RAM, GPU, Storage devices, 24 pin and 8 pin connectors.
  • Used another GPU and RAM kit for testing, tested both RAM slots as well.
  • Changed out CMOS battery (Held without restarting for a few days and it happened again).
  • BIOS is up to date.
  • Wiped the PC and re-installed windows. (Went a month or so without restarting, left the PC unused for a month, came back to it, issue is back).
  • Checked all of the temps running Heaven for GPU (highest around 72 deg C) and Cinebench for the CPU (highest around 80 deg C) (Ambient temps are around 24-26 deg C).
  • Under-volted the CPU by 0.050V.
  • Ran the RAM at 2133Mhz (it's a 3000Mhz kit).
  • Disconnected SATA HDDs and tried with just the M.2 SATA SSD I have for OS.

None of this has helped me narrow down what the issue could be. The unfortunate thing is that at this point I cannot test it out with another PSU, CPU or motherboard since I don't have any lying around nor do I know anyone who could lend me their's for testing. If anybody has seen this before please help me out.
