US B1/B2 Visa, New Delhi | Need help

I have my US B1/B2 visa interview on June 12 in New Delhi and would appreciate some advice.

Background:
- 28 M, unmarried working in software in Pune
- Employed full-time.
- Carrying an employment letter stating my designation, joining date, approved leave and that I’m expected back at work.
- Also carrying bank statements, salary slips and an invitation letter.
- Traveling with my sister and brother-in-law.
- Previously held a US visa as a minor and visited the US once.
- Good travel history, including visits to Europe (Schengen visa), Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Egypt.

Travel plan:
- Visit New York for tourism.
- Stay with my brother-in-law’s relative in Pearland, Texas.
- Visit Houston, Austin, and nearby places before returning to India.

My main concern is the invitation letter. The host is not my immediate relative; they are related through my brother-in-law.
If the visa officer asks:
- “Who are you staying with?”
- “What is your relationship to them?”
Would it be fine to simply say they are my brother-in-law’s relative (a distant relative) or could that raise concerns?

What questions would you expect in this situation and how would you recommend answering them honestly and clearly?

Any recent B1/B2 interview experiences, opinions on my chances or tips would be greatly appreciated.
