I've been enduring sciatica pain for 3 months now I've gotten a few massages and been to a chiropractor twice just tight on money and dont have insurance so I couldn't go back for the other 4 sessions they've scheduled. Any recommendations on what to do? Lost my job because of this pain...any help please and thank you 🙏
