As title says - the outside of my oven door has suddenly become very hot to the touch when cooking, when it never used to be. We had a cleaner come for the first time the other day and I know she cleaned the oven but I don't know exactly what she did to it.

I've looked at the seal and it seems to be fine (have done the paper test by trapping paper in the closed door and trying to pull it out - lots of resistance there). The fan is working - can hear it and see it blowing greaseproof paper around and feel air coming out between the fascia and the oven. The only other thing I've read online is about hinges - how would I test the hinges?

It's a Lamona oven if that helps
