Is Active to reserves a good move?

Anyone have insight on going reserves? Im wanting to retire with the navy, so im trying to see if reserves is a decent option or just keep with active. I know there's a pay reduction, some rates get shafted and ill have to pay for HI with tricair. But I need more info. I just had my first kid, and between that and just wanting a slow down its somethings that's crossed my mind a couple times. I still have sometime on my current contract so right now I'm just trying to figure out pros and cons.

Sleep schedule reversed.

Hi im a First time mom. Im in need of some advice and tips. My baby is 2 months and seems her sleep schedule has flipped. She'll sleep the day away wake for a few feeds, then at night is awake and and alart for a good part of the night. Has anyone else been through this and any advice on how to shift her schedule back? I go back to work in 2 months so im willing to take it slow but do need her to sleep through the night the way she sleeps during the day.

She is having plenty of wet and poop dipers, and when I get a bit of anxiety I'll take her temp(alwas in the normal range), and at night shes alart, feeds good and is smiling and makes all her little sounds. im pretty sure its just her schedule and nothing medical. She'll spit up some but I thank thats us over feeding some nights due to being really tired.
