Sauna and ice baths have become cool among hot Thai girls. Has anyone else noticed?
As someone who frequently visits saunas and ice baths all over the world, I’ve noticed that in the last couple of years here in Thailand, I’ve seen many female influencers going to ice baths and saunas, usually to film themselves. Therefore promoting it more.
Not that I’m complaining, just an observation. It used to be mainly for older folks or sports enthusiasts before.
Does anyone know why so suddenly?
