Logitech RS50 Off center issues.
Hey there reddit crew!
My name is Chris and ive been a beginner sim racer for quite some years at this point. I decided to finally jump on the Logitech RS50 seeing all the media documentation. The wheel has an excellent feature set for its price, but unfortunately thats where my story turns sour.
I recieved the wheel about a month ago, connected it to the Logitech pro pedals, ans mounted it on the Logitech G playeseat (trophy edition). As soon as I got everything connected I noticed the wheel slightly sagged ti the left, especially when it returns to "center".
I figured it would be easy to either repair or replace the problem, so I contacted Logitech support. This process was actually unreal stupid, with an insane amount of conversation about me checking the wheel on all sorts of diffirent devices recalibrating endlessly. Even after recalibrating it still sagged only on the left side though. The process was terrible and nearly impossible (due to the 1 cut video restrictions) but I managed to get them what they needed. Unfortunately after 11 back and forth emails over the course of weeks, they've decided to do NOTHING. Instead they have decided that this is a normal issue and that nothing could or should be done.
Weirdly my T150 had a better return to center than this hot garbage... and it was never lopsided. Please help me Reddit/Logitech. What can I do?
