How on earth do I get ChatGPT to start recommending my brand?

I've been mulling this over for a couple of months now and haven't found a clear answer. I've noticed that when I ask ChatGPT or even Claude for recommendations on tools in my niche, they mention all my competitors, but my brand doesn't even appear. I know these models are trained on massive amounts of internet data, but I'm wondering if there's any way to get me indexed better or if it helps to be featured on third-party blogs. Has anyone managed to go from being unknown to the AI to being a regular recommendation? I'm afraid of falling behind in this new era of generative search, and I'd appreciate any advice or strategies that have worked for you.

I am the team lead for a crew of 6. We use Notion to track our projects. But here is the reality of my work week. I spend more time updating other people's statuses than actually leading.

Every Friday, I am running around like a headless chicken, DMing people, asking if a task is done, if they moved their card to in progress, or if they can update the documentation in a sub-page.

I am exhausted. I feel like my primary value to the company is being ignored because I am stuck playing babysitter instead of removing blockers, planning strategy, or actually mentoring my team.

I have tried the gentle reminders. I have tried putting it on the agenda for our weekly sync. I have even tried setting up automations to ping them when things go overdue.

Nothing changes. They continue to treat the project board as something I maintain, rather than a shared source of truth that helps them do their jobs. It feels like if I stopped updating the board today, the entire system would collapse by next Tuesday.

Has anyone successfully turned this around? How do you get your team to take ownership of their own project data without me having to become a drill sergeant?

I love my team, but I am at the point where I am dreading opening the project management dashboard because I know it is just going to be a graveyard of outdated information that I have to clean up.

Advice or commiseration welcome.

Just to be clear, I am not looking to fire anyone. I just want to move from admin assistant back to leader.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick win for anyone else struggling with "feature creep" in their project management tools.

For the longest time, my team and I were die hard Trello fans. We love the Kanban flow, the UI is clean, and it doesn't take a PhD to onboard a new team member. But as our projects got more complex, we hit that classic wall, the lack of native subtask functionality.

We tried using checklists, but they felt buried. We tried "parent/child" card power-ups, but they felt clunky and disconnected. We even flirted with Jira and Monday, but honestly? They felt like overkill for what we needed and killed our speed.

I recently stumbled upon Tandio, and it’s been the "goldilocks" solution for us.

If you’re in that awkward middle ground where Trello is too light but the "big" enterprise tools are too heavy, definitely give Tandio a look. It solved the one major headache that was about to make us jump ship.

Anyone else found a way to make subtasks work in Trello, or have you made the switch to something else?
