I belong to the gujarati linguistic minority and had applied in bsc as such today my name was in the merit list, now the problem is that I have misplaced my linguistic minority certificate and my community head has told me it will take atleast a week for the certificate to be given to me again, both my parents and my school leaving certificates have gujarati mentioned as mother tongue will that be enough for document verification??
