Hesitation about returning

I bought some truthear Hexa and after a week I'm disappointed the sound is not that impressive (even coming from Sony WF 1000xm5) so these are my main complaints

The cable it may seem obvious and not a problem but it's annoying when I don't have a pocket or when I'm on my bike it's just getting in the way and I can't charge while listening ( I know I can buy something for that and have one more cable )

Can't control my music without having to take my phone it's annoying for someone who's used to just tap to change music and tap more to increase the sound and I just don't like to take my phone every time

I don't hear a thing even with no sound I'm barely hearing a thing it's a huge downside because every time someone's trying to talk to me I have to take off my earbuds but if I do it without taking my phone to stop the music I will lose a bit

I don't know if I'm just too exigent but man I really hesitating yeah the sound is good but not that good to erase all of that so what do you think ? Am I just an asshole ?

New to iems

I just ordered a pair of truthear Hexa (it arrives tomorrow ) to drive it I have an old yp-s3 and my phone and a large amount of flac files and an AliExpress cheap adaptor (2€). I'm looking to use it everyday for music gaming YouTube video's.... And I was wondering if you had some tips or recommendations for me, I'm really hyped.
