Metallic noise when stepping on brakes
2015 Toyota Yaris VVT-i, MOT was just a few months ago. This sound had never happened before. Drove to work, was totally fine. As I was arriving home, I noticed the sound every time I slowed down. The brake itself hasn't lost any efficiency as far as I'm aware.
I'd like an opinion on what this could be before I take it to a mechanic. Might just be metal expanding from the heat?
