SunRun - Does anyone here use them? Is it ever worth it?

Someone came by my home that I just moved into a few months ago from Sunrun. I was busy at the time so asked for the short version and he said basically free solar panels/installation (panels wouldn't belong to us) and a lower electricity bill.

So what's the catch?

If I let them install their stuff on my roof, I'm sure my electricity blil would stll be higher than if I owned the panels, but that has a huge upfront cost and long road to ROI.

Wouldn't this be an immediate savings on my monthly bills? I don't really see a downside unless I misunderstand the concept.

They seem universally hated here though. I have only found complaint threads when I searched, nothing productive lol

▲ 15 r/burgers

Only started making burgers recently. Usually frozen patties, but these ones I made fresh and weighed out 150g balls for each patty. Very happy how they came out. I had 2 left from a bbq yesterday

Sorry for the stupid question... I need tall outdoor bar stools. Furniture stores have very limited selection. Is there any store in san jose or nearby with a lot of outdoor stools to sit on and try out before buying?
