PSA: Anker does not honour their warranty
Bought a MagGo power bank in November of 2024, from an online shop. It refused to charge in the past month, so I initiated a warranty request from Anker after seeing that it was warrantied for 24 months.
Went through troubleshooting steps, they asked for original invoice and I sent them the e-invoice. Just got unceremoniously turned down with no reason.
Doesn't bother me - it's just a power bank. Got another from another brand, but not going to get Anker products any more.
