




Tips on where to go from here
Hi All,
Looking on some advice in whether I should continue to cut or start a bulk.
For context, 5’ 9”. Started at ~200 lbs in August, and now I’ve reached what I thought would have been my goal weight of 160 lbs.
My main goal is to see my lower abs and get rid of my belly fat/love handles. Realistically, how much more would I need to cut before I get there? I’m wondering if my efforts would be better focused by switching to a bulk? The thing that makes me hesitate on bulking is I’ve been focusing a lot on calisthenics recently, and I’m seeing some real progress with my pull-ups/L sits, etc. My goal is to get a clean muscle up and I’m afraid bulking (especially since I never did an intentional bulk before) is going to make this much harder to achieve.
Any advice is appreciated!
