My google FI account has been stuck in "Cancel Pending" for nearly a year. I tried contact customer service multiple times, no change at all. There's NO way to stop auto-pay.

I recently tried to switch to a new phone, but the Google Fi activation completely fails.

I reached out to customer support over the phone multiple times over the last 3 days with no updates on the escalation.
