Hello, I have some questions.

1. I summon Camelia. My opponent has Imperm (or Veiler). Can he use it before I use Camelia effect ? Or does he have to wait for me to use Camelia's effect, that I can dodge with Linkage ?I think he can do it, but I'm not sure. It's about prio or something, I remember a ruling in 2012~ but I don't know if it changed again.

2. Only Zero is on the field. I use Zero 2nd effect (to spe and pop). Can I pop my newly summoned Roze ? Since she comes after and it doesn't target.

3. My opponent uses Droplet on my Kagari. How do we count her atk ?
