I barely use Instagram to be honest, but I almost every time I log in, I see a notification that goes along the lines of "we've updated one of your settings to manage what you see on instagram".

I only have one account that I rarely use and I don't know why they keep changing that setting to "Less", though.

I don't know if it's related to any age verification thing, the content that I see or the fact that I'm mostly inactive, I'm just really confused.

Does this happen to anyone else? I literally only use instagram to see when my fav bands announce tours lmao.
