Is there a video that explains the whole document sealing part really well?

I've been looking on YouTube for a video that explains how to seal all the documents and how they should be handed in but I haven't found one. The whole process is quite complicated so if anyone has any tips of video links or anything they could share, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! ( from India and applying for MEXT kosen)

Can i mention my olympiad rank in the application form for MEXT?

I'm from India and in class 10th i got rank 1 in my school in the SOF IEO olympiad and got a gold medal.

Can I mention this in my application and if yes then in the remarks section or somewhere else?
