worn-out overalls

hi everyone! it's my first time posting on reddit so i'm a little nervous, but i need help! i have two pairs of overalls i got from the mall a good few years back, and i'm autistic and trans, so these overalls are the only bottoms i feel comfortable wearing; especially since they're not made of jean material. however, the actual holes where you clip in the straps have worn out. there's supposed to be a metal ring in each hole to help keep the hole stable (you can see the one remaining ring in the photos i'll attach of the black set) but eventually those pieces had all fallen out and refused to properly go back in—i don't know if i even have the pieces anymore.

i absolutely can't throw them away, as the rainbow set is limited edition, and they're the only bottoms i can wear. while i could find replacement pairs on a resell site, i'm currently in the process of moving and starting college, and i just don't have much money to spare, and shipping might interfere with moving. i'd much rather just mend these the best i can.

i'd like some advice on how to fix the torn hole on the rainbow set, and how to reinforce the holes (or if there's something cheap i can buy from a craft store to replace the eyelet type piece) for both sets. additionally, though i'm.. not sure it counts as mending, one of the clasps on the black set is incredibly loose, and i'm wondering if anyone knows how to remedy it? thank you so much in advance. (i'm a beginner to sewing with some experience, but i love these overalls so much as they're also the first pairs i bought to celebrate overcoming a good bit of my depression, so i'm williing to learn whatever it takes)
