Why don’t we have separate companies for producing rockets and rocket engines like we have in aviation?
I know that this was mainly because of government regulation forcing Boeing to be split up back in the day into several different companies, but were the same happen in the space industry? Is there a chance spaceX will be forced to split up to the monopoly on the industry?
