I’d also really appreciate any tips for managing brain fog during dedicated. Some days my brain eventually “clicks” after doing a lot of questions, but other days it takes forever to feel mentally clear or focused.

What helped you mentally “wake up” faster for studying?
Any routines, supplements, sleep habits, exercise, caffeine timing, or study techniques that genuinely made a difference?
Did anyone notice certain question bank strategies or schedules helped reduce mental fatigue/ADHD burnout?
Would appreciate any honest advice because this has honestly been one of the hardest parts for me.
