Er 2 no eggs - please help

this is technically my 4th er. er 1 and 2 were cancelled due to a lead follicle, standard antagonist protocol. er 3, mini stim 150 Clomi, 150 gonal, we collected 8 eggs, 6 fertilized and 5 made it to blast, 2 pgta euploid. I was very happy with the results. The next retrieval was back to back, and we did the same mini stim protocol, but the cycle turned off, not as good. My estrogen was slow to rise and it was about three days behind my last cycle. We increased the gonal slowly. I had three follicles showing, and we figured it would be worth going for them. If they were healthy, I did a duo trigger this time, in retrieval three I just did HGG. My follicles were 14 18 20. We had the egg retrieval 36 hours later, and all my eggs were immature. can someone please help me understand what went wrong?
