Hi all. Looking for some advice. I am 7 days late for my period and my oura ring has alerted me minor/major signs for 3 days, my BBT on oura has been higher since cycle day 33-38(today). I also feel like I have a sinus infection. Other symptoms are fatigue, tender breasts, slight occasional cramps, but severe nasal congestion. Could i still be pregnant even though I tested negative at this point? Looking for anyone who has had the same situation before.
