I deleted his number from my phone but a part of me wishes he would text. Even though I know I’d tell him to go away if he did.

I wrote out a list of 45 reasons why he’s not good for me to cope with it.

I’m trying to focus on my work, but it’s so difficult. I’m scared I’ll never get a connection like that again. But he made me feel so unloveable.
