A man ran his car over a 1.5-year-old puppy near my house, and the dog is injured. I’m trying to get urgent medical help but I’m on a tight budget.

Does anyone know if Dr. Padam Jain treats stray dogs free of cost? If not, can you suggest any vets, NGOs, or animal rescues that can help at low or no cost?

Any leads, contacts, or advice would mean a lot right now. Please help if you can.
