My arctis nova pro docking station doesn’t charge either battery, even though a charging icon appears next to the battery, but no additional bars show up. When I charge the battery directly from the computer while it’s in the headset, it does receive power. I’ve unplugged the dock and left it without power for several minutes, but that doesn’t seem to fix the issue. Does anyone know if this could be something other than my dock being broken? The battery compartment looks clean when I checked inside, and the dock hasn’t experienced any impacts.
