Hi Guys,

I want to open a small electric food truck in and around HSR service veg lunch and would want to know what the requirements would be. I want to know apart from FSSAI certification what all is required, and can i start my stall for a few days and then approach BBMP and even if i approach BBMP prior to my start, how much am I supposed to pay them and what all licenses are required.

Need help from someone who's experienced and done this.
