I just bought my first two pairs of heels. They are both 7” pleasers (pictured). I will be having my first class in heels and it will be a one hour private lesson. I can only bring one pair because I will be out of town for the class, and have luggage restrictions. Some things I am currently working on: climbs, pole sits, jasmines, pirouettes, knee hook spins, fan kicks, knee spins, layouts, wrist sits, conditioning for superman etc. so a pretty basic level one I guess. I have about 13 classes under my belt, 5 in the last month and a long break before that.

We were working on this but with the supporting hand lose and the top hand on the pole on Sunday in class and aI can’t remember what they called it. What have you heard? Also what transitions out of it are beginner friendly when you don’t have much strength and are lower on the pole?
