Has Duloxetine cleared your brain fog?

I've just started 30mg a week ago and by day 3 I had a much clearer head. Racing thoughts, intrusive thoughts, bad memories all just faded away. I still have them roughly twice a day but when I realise what I'm doing I can simply stop it. This is genuinely remarkable considering I've had this non stop for years and years.

In the past I've been on sertraline, fluoxetine and citalopram and whilst the latter helped reduce anxiety it didn't touch other symptoms.

The reduction of the 'noise' in my head has lead to a big increase in mood. I don't catastrophise about every little thing and I've actually got some shit done. ADHD symptoms are far more manageable now and I'm far less irritable and less prone to boredom.

Has anyone else had similar experiences? Is this temporary? Hope you're all well!

EDIT: I forgot to include brain fog in the text. It's left me with a much clearer head (so far). My mind feels less cluttered, just hope it sticks.
