Things got serious after i got my Takamura r2 Gyuto and Santoku, and i start using santoku/bunka only, *first pic it’s how my collection was looking*, after acquiring a few ones i realized that my love lies in gyutos and sold most of my knife and now im starting it over again *second pic is the currently collection.

Tell me what you guys think, did i made good choices selling my santokus and bunka? Maybe in the future i’ll get one or two but for know.

For my next knife i want to add a K tip Gyuto, maybe a Nakagawa or something.

Takamura Chromax Petty beautiful laser but i just got the sg2 version to complete the collection and this one fell random, cuts are the same as lasery as it can get.
