Hello I recently turned a daily bonus into 3k. I could not redeem until verifying my address. I have a Cali id however they banned sc on my account and made it only gc claiming I submitted a Louisiana id( I have never lived there!) has anyone gone through anything similar or gotten their balance back after clearing something like this up?
