Recovery of orgasm strength

Had my reversal two weeks ago, so it will be another two weeks before I can resume sex. My main reason for the reversal was so I could have proper strength orgasms again. Just so I can know what to expect and mentslly prepare myself:

Those of you who had orgasm sensation changes after your vasectomy, how long after your reversal did it take for them to return to normal/improve?

Immediately? Or should I expect the first couple weeks to be underwhelming with the improvement not kicking in until a few months post reversal surgery?

Exterior scarring

Been a week since my reversal. I used the clinic in Orem,UT. Everything went well as can be hoped and I was fairly pleased. Until I got home and got the surgical dressing off. And was greeted with a giant disfiguring slice right across the front of my scrotum. I can not for the life of me figure out why the surgeon chose to do a horizontal incision across the middle of the front rather than a vertical incision along the raphe. Easily hide able after healing.

Instead I got a nice ugly cut across the middle informing any woman for the rest of my life of the two years I spent fucking castrated, and a permanent unsightly reminder every time I look in the mirror.

This is a Pic after just getting the dressing off. Here it is after a week. NSFW obviously because...my balls.

I guess in a few months I get to look forward to going to a dermatologist and getting lasers or more needles to my balls or whatever they do for scars. And I got some silicone scar gel to use once it closes up.

Anybody else who went through this have scars that they care to disclose? There aren't really any pictures online. Which is why I put mine up there.

Feeling moderately upset and discouraged. Was hoping that assuming the reversal was successful and made me pain free and with enjoyable orgasms again. I could leave all this behind me and pretend that it never happened. Looks like now that won't be an option for me.

If nothing else gents, talk to your surgeon about incisions and placement before your surgery. I was too stupid and distracted.

Strangury?

Has anybody noticed that after a vasectomy, post-orgasm they have a burning urge to urinate? Especially if they did so immediately after ejaculating?

I have noticed that after masturbating or sex I have an urge to pee. And if I do pee the urge get worse. Sort of a burning need to pee but unrelated to the actual amount of urine in you.

I can completely empty my bladder but still feel like I need to pee. It eventually passes in like 30 minutes. I'm assuming it is either urethral spasms or bladder neck spasms. Research indicated that maybe it is due to zinc that is normally present in the epididymis fluid with the sperm not being ejaculated and counteracting the ph change from the prostate fluid. But I'm sceptical of that as a theory.

Has anyone experienced similar?
