When i woke up this morning I notice my tarantula jinger was molting because the tunnel she dug is like on the wall of her cage do you can see everything that goes on in there. When I went back to check on her I noticed he moved around and her entire molt was away from her expect her abdomen which was only halfway molted she was standing up right when I saw her. Is she stuck in her molt if so is there anyway to help her?(sorry if the photo is unclear of what happening)

My tank has been running pretty smoothly for a couple of months now but I noticed that there was a weird flim on the top of the tank I also noticed that my plant was dying so I gave it a root tabb and there was some weird stuff growing on a new piece of driftwood does anyone have any tips for any of these things?
