Digestive/stomach issues asking as a mom of LS
I am trying to understand my daughter's symptoms and I could really use some help from an adult to translate what she is trying to tell me. Since she was born she has always had constipation issues. On and off she has this same symptoms however recently it has been daily for the last 8 months. She has been tested for Celiac and is negative. She feels it happens with certain food gummies or artificial flavoring but honestly it seems random. She will eat and get lots of burping. She says it's like her throat has a different whole and sometimes food will go down the wrong one. She says her stomach is like apple sauce and when it's angry someone goes in and mixes it all around splashing it everywhere. The worst is when "they" will push the apple sauce. She feels water is the best thing because it will wash away the apple sauce and eventually clean up the apple sauce. I can hear her stomach going crazy. The gas lasts an hour. It almost always happens at night time. However once or twice a month it happens during the day. However my gut tells me she is eating less during the day so it doesn't happen around her friends.
