I had ordered a top off of someone but they said their qr code wasn’t working so they reuploaded and i bought again so they’d get a new qr code and then when the order arrived i received two packages from vinted - one small one with the top and another that was a large box with some trainers i absolutely do not want in them - the labels look identical with the same number written in both of them and yet the seller is insistent they didn’t send the shoes. I contacted vinted 5 days ago and i haven’t heard anything back and the box is big and taking up space i just don’t want it. Is there any other way i can get through to vinted.
