I have been struggeling with acne, gut issues and just overall feeling sluggish for several years now. So I would like to try the AIP diet to identify if food has an impact on some of this. I’ve decided to do sort of like a meal prep, to make it less time consuming, it’ll make sure I get enough food and hit my macronutrient decently. Would love to get some feed back of what yall think about my plan. I am a petite woman 4’11 100 pounds, take that into account.

Total macros hit around

90-100g protein

50-55g fat

170-200g carbohydrate

Pre-workout

High carb fruit

Breakfast

140g chicken drumsticks

225g sweet potato

30g avocado

vegetables/fruit of choice

Lunch

140g chicken drumsticks

30g avocado

vegetables/fruit of choice

Dinner

100g meat/fish of choice

30g avocado

vegetables/fruit of choice

Snack maybe

Whatever I feel like, but probably fruit tbh.

Don’t know if a wanna add sardines to my daily diet yet, but it would be a portion of 37,5g only.

I use olive oil when I’m cooking vegetables.

And I make sure to salt my food.
