m8c for PS5: Dirtywave M8 Headless client payload for PS5

Native PS5 port of m8c, the client for the Dirtywave M8 Headless tracker. Plug the M8 Headless into a USB port: the M8 screen shows on the TV, audio plays through the TV and/or the DualSense speaker, and the DualSense controls it.
