Cat not eating
I’m the main caretaker of my 10month old neutered boy cat as he was a stray that I decided to look after, but recently he hasn’t been wanting to eat this has been going on for the past 3 days where he initially didn’t finish his kibble and later on never returned to finish it only meowing at me for food so I cleaned out the plate and fed him again but this time he didn’t eat much moving around to the second day he only ate a bit again and only somewhat on the third day he was meowing for food and this time I mixed water with his kibble and he ate the food but hadn’t ate until that evening when I was trying to feed him he would hardly eat the wet kibble the second time around. I don’t know if he’s just bored of the kibble or if he has dental issues stomach issues or contracted a virus, as I’ve been researching and getting paranoid the vet was closed on Sunday, and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to take him to the vet today (Monday) in the morning as I have classes to attend, and I don’t know what I could try to feed him or what I should do if it gets worse and I don’t know how expensive vet care can get.
