Best way to untangle many thin necklaces?

I guess I didn’t pack these right, because when we moved this is what I ended up with. What is the best way to get them untangled? I’ve been avoiding it for a while. Also this is not the first time this has happened! I love thin necklaces like this and they get tangled and intertwined SO easily. Even when hanging on my jewelry rack. Any tips or tricks to keep this from happening is much appreciated!!

ADHD drugs (stims) should be schedule 3

This is my first ever Reddit post and I have felt this way for so long, but have never vented, but I am ready to vent this morning. Why are these drugs schedule 2!? I’m old enough to remember the day that opiates became schedule 2. They used to be schedule 3!! Can you believe that? I have actually looked at the data on overdose deaths, because I was so angry about it, and I have cannot find one single death that occurred because of overdose to stimulants. the only overdoses that I could find, and this is US data, are from street meth, or from a combination of meth and benzos, or Adderall and benzos, or Adderall and opiates. Nothing just from stimulants, nothing, not one. I feel like I heard a story years ago of one high school football player who took his normal Adderall, and like had a heart attack or something? That’s the only thing I’ve heard of . I don’t understand why it’s so controlled and it’s getting so annoying - the shortage plus all these new regulations and DEA scare tactics are becoming so obnoxious and they have been for sometime. I feel like after the opioid epidemic Everything has gotten worse for all schedule 2s even ones, that didn’t contribute to that.

I’m going to post something similar to this on the psychiatry or pharmacy threads because I genuinely want their thoughts. I feel like life would be so much easier and I feel like the DEA owes it to us. They’ve ruined the drugs so they’re so shit now, at least make them schedule three.

Ok, rant over. Edit- I’m 34 and have been on these meds since pre pdmp. The control has only gotten worse.

Question to providers- stimulants (adhd, etc)

I wanted to pose this question to psychiatrists/nurse practitioners or other providers that work in mental health, or prescribe stimulants- What are your thoughts on stimulants being a schedule 2? Should they be and/or would it be helpful if they were a schedule 3? I really do feel like it causes stress both on the patient and the provider not to mention pharmacies and drug manufacturers
- there’s increased oversight of these drugs when they’re (comparatively) not dangerous, and not dangerous at all compared to opioids at least. It makes medication access and getting medication‘s harder, it prolong shortages because of limits (creating and dispensing), and it scares providers from prescribing. It scares pharmacists from dispensing when they wouldn’t be normally, they’re just scared of DEA and I feel for that for them. I wouldn’t want to lose my license either over something silly. what are your genuine thoughts? If they were schedule 3, would that make your professional life easier or harder?
