Day 20 post-op — Initial swelling is mostly gone, should I still be icing?
I'm currently 20 days post-op. The initial surgical swelling and bruising have pretty much cleared up, but I’ve still been applying ice packs.
At this stage, is there any real benefit to continuing with ice, or should I just stop completely so blood flow isn't restricted? Curious to hear what your docs advised around the 3-week mark. Thanks
