I accidentally loaded into my Kraken app this morning and forgot to disable my VPN. I loaded in and it wouldn't let me get my daily spin or any other rewards. I messaged support and they said that I had violated the terms of service and that my rewards are now disabled permanently because of this and that theres nothing that they can do about it...
Please is there any way to fix this as it was a complete accident I didn't mean to load in with the VPN at all and didn't realize that would happen either. This has me very dissapointed in the app right now, as this should not be happening just because I accidentally loaded in with a VPN one time..
Edit: I’ve now spoken with two separate support agents and both have told me they are unable to re-enable the rewards feature or do anything further on their end.
This is really frustrating because I was using the Spin to Win feature normally up until yesterday (this would have been my 4th daily spin), and the only thing that changed was accidentally opening the app once while my VPN was on.
Still hoping this can be escalated or reviewed further, as this seems like an overreaction for a one-time mistake.
