If a teacher had forgotten a student's medication one day after lunch what would be the repercussions for the teacher?

I have a TTOC coming into my class tomorrow and I wanted to share information with them about a students personal schedule today. (Time that student goes to the office for medicine and suggestion to set an alarm) I am concerned that I cannot give them this information until they are actually in my classroom. Anybody have an opinion of what FOIPPa would say about getting your TTOC in the loop the day before?
