Playful Kittens will not stop
To start off, I love cats. I love my kittens.
I've read every cat behavior and care book, watched every Jackson Galaxy, Kitten Lady video... but I just can not seem to understand my kittens.
Me and my boyfriend and I prepared our house for 2 eight week old female kitties. We have a cattree, 2 scratch blocks, 3 litter boxes, a BUNCH of self playing toys, we play with them throughout the day, and we even built a cat highway along the wall.
The problem lays with the fact that they refuse to rest if we aren't sitting down. They barely use the highway, would prefer to tear up my plant (non toxic) and go absolutely feral on the couch.
My boyfriend and I are on edge and are regretting getting them. Obviously we aren't going to rehome them and understand that kittens are difficult and once older will calm down, but I really am struggling.
Please can someone help me.
