So I recently bought tickets for a movie without being signed in and it charged me, but no transaction appeared, the money just disappeared. I received no email or QR code for the movie at all. At first, the seats were taken, but I checked again and now they are open to be bought again yet I still haven’t gotten my money back, what should I do?? I need this money back.
