Okay - let me start by saying “I knew better” and politely ask that we not turn this into a thread about all of the reasons one should arrive early. Instead let’s problem solve!

Situation
currently in: Bordeaux
Departure City : Rome / Civitavecchia
Transfer time from airport to port: 90 minutes
New Flight arrival time: 2:15pm
All aboard time: 3pm
Departure time: 5pm
Next port: Cannes (tender)

Question: should I cut my losses and head to Cannes instead (very easy from BOD less easy from FCO) or are my chances of getting aboard (assuming no more delays) good enough to stick with original itinerary?

Question 2: can I board late in a tender port?
